Clubhouse
The clubhouse is used for community events. Members may reserve the clubhouse by completing a reservation request or calling the Clubhouse Chairperson. The reserving unit owner is responsible for all clean-up and trash removal on the day of the event.
There is a small library in the clubhouse available for the residents. They are welcome to take the books home to read or enjoy the peace and quiet of the clubhouse for their reading.

The Fairways publishes a quarterly newsletter that contains a message from the association president, community, and other interesting information. The newsletter is available in digital form for those residents with Internet access and in hard copy form for those with no Internet access.
