The clubhouse is used for community events. Members may reserve the clubhouse by completing a reservation request or calling the Clubhouse Chairperson. A deposit is required, which will be returned if the clubhouse is properly cleaned when vacated. The reserving unit owner is responsible for all clean-up and trash removal on the day of the event.
There is a small library in the clubhouse available for the residents. They are welcome to take the books home to read or enjoy the peace and quiet of the clubhouse for their reading.
